How long will it take to get my custom shirts?
Your one-of-a-kind items will take between 7-14 days,from the time you make your purchase until the item is shipped. If you have a baby shower coming up, or need your item in less than two weeks, send me an email. If my schedule allows, I will do what I can to rush your order.
How do you ship?
I ship all orders using USPS, with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Is gift wrap an option?
All packages sent from the Castle are packaged in a manner that you will enjoy opening. They are packaged in cello bags with ribbon, and hang-tags, and tissue paper. If you would like something some gift-wrapped, please let me know, and I will work with you to create a package you are excited to give.
